Step 1: First, we want to get all your ingredients together. Red Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, sugar and salt are all you will need. Do all you prep before you get cooking. It definitely makes the process a lot easier and a lot more fun!
