The adds chop chili peppers, chop garlic, grate ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and on a blender or food processor with water. Process these ingredients until they form a smooth paste.
Once blended, add the chili paste to a saucepan and simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Stir it from time to time so it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
